New releases of serial killer films will begin streaming to Netflix worldwide on Friday, the company announced.
The new releases, which include new films by director Jodie Foster, director Andrew Stanton and star Josh Singer, will include the films “The Butcher of São Paulo” and “The End of the Line,” among others.
Netflix is also releasing new original documentaries “The Lost Boys” and a new documentary on the Manson family.
The movies have been filmed on a variety of locations including Australia, Spain, Germany, France, Belgium, Italy, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States.
“We’re excited to launch the Netflix Originals series of films, which we’re proud to partner with Netflix, to give fans a fresh perspective on some of the most compelling serial killers and their films,” Netflix Originations Chief Content Officer and Vice President of Programming Jim Moore said in a statement.
“This series of Netflix Origins films is a great addition to the series of new original films that we’re bringing to Netflix on a regular basis.”
